If your a heavyset person don’t buy this.
Scroll down to skip my basic info and get to pros and cons.Let me just say that for the price, you cannot beat this chair. It was on sale for like $90.I personally weigh 205lbs but i bought this chair figuring if it were good for someone double my weight it would be perfect for me with plenty of extra room.While id prefer one of those fancy 1k chairs i just cant see spending that much or even half that for something my cat will likely destroy on me.Pros:It was easy to assemble, but some screws don’t come in the hardware box, they are screwed into the chair already so when you assemble it be mindful of that.Its relatively comfortable, the bottom pillow is adjustable so u can slide it up and down. I keep it low to support my lower back but sometimes my upper back gets fatigued so its nice to be able to slide the pillow up to where you feel sore.The whole back can be raised or lowered depending on your height which is a really nice touch.In addition to being raised and lowered its nice that you can lean it forward or back and lock it into place with the other handle to keep you at a specific angle.It has an added footrest which is nice. If you already have an ottoman under your desk you can deploy this just enough to be between the chair and the ottoman.The arm rests and nice looking and comfortable.Theres an included neck pillow which is nice for support.The material has a nice rich color to it (i bought orange)It seems well manufactured (for the most part)Cons:The footrest while convenient, when fully extended slopes down and doesnt feel very sturdy. For someone double my weight or near chair weight capacity, youd likely bend or break it.The arms rests while comfortable and nice looking are not very sturdy. I force myself to be mentally aware of not leaning on them when i sit, as i would likely bend or break them if i leaned on them enough.The neck pillow while a great piece, it tends to only fully be useful when your reclined. If your sitting upright the thing is kinda a little floppy. You have to lean against it to keep it in place.Overall for the 90 i paid plus shipping its for sure gonna serve its purpose.Would i recommend this?If your more than like 225lbs likely not.For those under that weight if your careful with the armrests, yeah.Especially if your on a budget or just refuse to spend hella money on something you’ll fart on.If you can afford a 300-1k or more chair obviously go that route. Maybe something ergonomic, that’s what id do but this will definitely serve its purpose.

Wheel welds broke.
So this was a birthday gift for my 14 yr old son. He weighs almost 100lbs. Sitting and the wheel weld broke. Like crappy construction. Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought it. Hopefully they can send me a replacement base…not gonna hold my breath though. Please think twice about making this purchase.
